Terms of Purchase
This agreement applies between Norwegian Couture and the company’s customers.
Confirmation Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You can keep an eye on your order status by logging in to your account and going to “Your order history” on our online store.
Please note that you must log in to do this.
Production and delivery time
Production time for your garment is 3 weeks after payment and then up to another week for delivery.
Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Once you have completed the payment, your order will be sent for production.
Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our garments are made according to your customizations and measurements, which means it’s built for you—and no one else. If there is any issue with the fit or construction of your garments, Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Always store your bespoke product on a trailer when not in use. Use a spray bottle of cold water to easily spray on the fabric to straighten wrinkles. It is possible to iron the fabric, but only on low heat, and preferably with a towel between the iron and the fabric so that the quality of the fabric is maintained. Cleaning advice: Dry cleaning only.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes or other work-related disputes, government orders, supply problems on the part of suppliers and other extraordinary circumstances beyond Norwegian Couture’s control, which affect the contract between Norwegian Couture and the customer, Norwegian Couture may not be held responsible for having to comply with the conditions specified above.
All purchases from Norwegian Couture are subject to Norwegian law. All possible disputes between companies in the Norwegian Couture Group, their employees, directors or owners, individually or together, shall be settled by a Swedish court.
How a product from Norwegian Couture is used is the user’s responsibility, and how it is stored and maintained is the responsibility of the person storing the product. No company within the Norwegian Couture Group, their employees, managers or owners, individually or jointly, may be held liable for any kind of damage, loss, but, suffering or the like against anyone or anything caused, directly or indirectly, by any of Norwegian Couture’s products.
